Refunds & Returns Policy

Last updated 7 June 2026 · Applies to all online programs & memberships

This policy applies to all online programs, coaching services, digital content, memberships, and related services provided by FewerCalorie. It explains your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our approach to refunds and remedies.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a service has a major failure, you may be entitled to cancel the service agreement and receive a refund for the unused portion of the service, or receive compensation for any reduction in value.

If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee but the failure is not major, we may choose to remedy the problem within a reasonable time, re-perform the affected part of the service, or provide another appropriate remedy as required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

As our programs contain digital content and online services, we generally do not provide refunds for change of mind once access to the program, materials, downloads, videos, resources, or membership area has been provided.

Before access has been granted, a refund may be considered at our discretion if requested within 14 days of purchase.

Program results

Individual results vary and depend on many factors, including adherence to the program, personal circumstances, medical conditions, lifestyle factors, and other variables outside our control. FewerCalorie does not guarantee specific weight loss results, health outcomes, or timeframes.

Service issues

If you believe a service has not been delivered as described or does not meet consumer guarantees, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue. We may request supporting information to help assess your claim.

Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include technical support, re-performance of the service, replacement access, a partial refund, or a full refund.

Exceptions

A refund or remedy may be refused where permitted by law, including where:

How to request a refund or remedy
